Work

Built in thereal world.

Brands, businesses and systems we have built with their founders. Five projects, each told in the order it happened.

01 / 05   Luxury Textile Brand

Innayya

Challenge

A new stole label entering a market where craft is everywhere and distinction is rare. It needed a point of view before it needed a product line.

Approach

Brand identity and creative direction built around embroidery as the signature, shaping how each stole is named, photographed and presented so it reads as Innayya before the label is seen.

Outcome

A defined identity and creative direction, ready to carry the first collections into the market.

02 / 05   Handcrafted Shawls

Bunara

Challenge

Handwoven shawls are often sold on the weaver’s story alone. Bunara needed a brand that carried that craft with pride and could stand as a direct-to-consumer business, not a catalogue.

Approach

A complete launch blueprint covering sourcing, range, unit economics and the first 90 days, alongside a Devanagari-led identity and a brand book that sets how Bunara looks, sounds and shows up.

Outcome

A finished brand book, identity system and launch plan, with the brand’s social presence audited and rebuilt against it.

03 / 05   Demi-Fine Jewellery

Pamora

Challenge

Stainless steel jewellery is often dismissed as a compromise. Pamora needed to be understood as considered, lasting, everyday luxury.

Approach

Positioning built on longevity and everyday wear, carried into an educational Reels series that shows customers why the material matters before asking them to buy.

Outcome

A clear brand story and a content system designed to build trust over time.
